The dental practice

Sophisticated facilities and a warm welcome

At Cliftonville Dental we understand that it’s impossible to provide the highest standards of dental care without investing heavily in equipment, training and technology.

Our modern practice at Cliftonville in Northampton combines the latest equipment with an ambience that helps patients to achieve something remarkable – a feeling of genuine relaxation while visiting the dentist!

Here at our Northampton practice, we don’t just use technology – we embrace it in a way which helps you to stay in control of your treatment. For instance, our intra-oral camera allows you to view a screen so you can see for yourself exactly what’s happening inside your mouth. This helps us to explain what treatment is required, and gives you the chance to see its results at the soonest opportunity.

What else makes Cliftonville a special place for your dental care?

  • Personalised care for each and every patient by a passionate, motivated and highly qualified team.
  • Time for discussion in a relaxing environment to discover the right choices for you.
  • Daily emergency appointments available
  • Fully computerised administration, so your appointments are managed efficiently and accurately
  • Courtesy phone calls to follow up many treatments.
  • Strict cross-infection policy, wide use of disposable equipment and rigorous sterilization for your safety and well-being.

Accessibility

The practice has made reasonable adjustments, including ground floor treatment room, accessible toilets, and handrails at the entrance.

With the way our practice sits in its plot, there is a slope leading from our car park at the rear of the building to the front door.

In front of our practice, street parking is available (pay-and-display). Which may be preferable for those unable to manage the walk up the slope from the car park.
Street parking provides same level navigation to the point of the steps leading to our front door, of which there are three. Handrails are located on both sides to help with navigating those three steps.

The practice has not been able to install portable ramps or ramp system due to building restrictions, including a tree preservation order on the Ginkgo tree that stands tall, at the front of our practice.

Once inside the practice, we have a ground floor treatment room, wide doorways, hallway and an accessible toilet.

We recognise the importance to monitor and audit disability access, to continually improve access for our patients. We welcome suggestions and feedback from all patients and staff.
