Accessibility information

The practice has made reasonable adjustments, including ground floor treatment room, accessible toilets, and handrails at the entrance to help with navigating the three steps.

With the way our practice sits in its plot, there is a slope leading from our car park at the rear of the building to the front door.

In front of our practice, street parking is available (pay-and-display). Which may be preferable for those unable to manage the walk up the slope from the car park.

Street parking provides same level navigation to the point of the steps leading to our front door, of which there are, three. Handrails are located on both sides to help with navigating the three steps.

Once inside the practice, we have a ground floor treatment room, wide doorways, hallway and an accessible toilet.

The practice has not been able to install portable ramps or ramp system due to building restrictions, including a tree preservation order on the Ginkgo tree that stands tall, at the front of our practice.

We recognise the importance to monitor and audit disability access, to continually improve access for our patients. We welcome suggestions and feedback from all patients and staff.
